Should you discover any imperfections or damage upon receiving your item, kindly capture a photo and reach out to us within 30 days. We will arrange a replacement to ensure your happiness remains intact.
Personalized items and exchanges due to change of heart or incorrect sizing are non‑returnable and non‑exchangeable under any circumstances. We strongly encourage you to carefully review our sizing guide before purchasing.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase and in original, new condition.
- A 30% restocking fee will be applied to each return.
- Before returning, notify us via email with your name, order number, and return details.
- Do not return items without prior approval.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
- Refunds will be processed quickly after deducting the restocking fee.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours for a full, worry‑free cancellation. After this time, a 10% cancellation fee will be applied to cover bank and processing charges.
If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local post office immediately and inform us. We will provide the tracking number to assist your inquiry.
If the post office confirms the package is lost and provides an official receipt, we will reship your order or issue a full refund at your request.
To request an exchange, please contact us in advance for approval. Once approved, include your email receipt and specify the item you wish to exchange.
We will process your exchange within 48 hours after receiving the returned item.
